Shipping & Returns
How your piece is made, how it reaches you, and what happens if something is not right. The short version: printed to order inside the EU, shipped tracked, 30-day returns on unworn items.
Pre-order timing
Every piece is currently sold on pre-order. You pay when you order, and your garment is then queued for production. We state this on every product page and in your cart so there are no surprises. Need a change or a cancellation? Email info@europa-wear.com with your order number before production begins and we will do what we can.
Production
Your garment is printed to order by our print-on-demand partner within the European Union. Production and dispatch take 3–7 business days after production begins. Nothing is printed until it is ordered — which is why nothing we make ends up in landfill at the end of a season.
Delivery across the EU
- Tracked shipping to every EU member state.
- A tracking link is emailed to you on dispatch.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- Orders over the threshold shown at the top of the site ship free within the EU.
Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and destination; the tracking page shows the current estimate for your parcel.
Outside the EU
We are currently EU-only. Join the newsletter at the bottom of any page and we will tell you first when we expand.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Because each garment is made to order, please check the size guide before ordering — it lists flat measurements for every cut.
To start a return: email info@europa-wear.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and the next steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, we will replace or refund it. Send photos and your order number to info@europa-wear.com — you will not need to return the item first.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it.
